Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BorePrime mobile application and website ("Service") operated by Creatin Tech Solutions ("we", "our", "us"). By using BorePrime, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

BorePrime is a borewell agency management platform that provides:

• Borewell job tracking and management
• Quotation generation
• Worker and workforce management
• Payment and dues tracking
• Inventory and diesel tracking
• Reports and analytics
• Online marketplace for customer enquiries

2. Account registration

• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to register
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate business information
• One account per agency (identified by phone number)
• You must be 18 years or older to use the Service

3. Free trial

• New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features
• No payment information is required during the trial
• After the trial expires, you must subscribe to continue using the Service
• Your data is preserved after the trial expires — it becomes accessible again upon subscribing

4. Subscription and payments

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay
• Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment
• Monthly subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of payment
• Annual subscriptions are valid for 365 days from the date of payment
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you will be notified before expiry to renew manually
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets

5. Refund policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are not available if you have actively used the Service after payment (added borewells, generated quotations, etc.)
• To request a refund, contact us at creatintechsolutions@gmail.com with your registered phone number and payment ID

6. Marketplace terms

If you list your agency on the BorePrime marketplace:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your pricing, location, and service details
• Customer enquiries are forwarded to you via push notification — it is your responsibility to respond
• BorePrime does not guarantee a minimum number of enquiries or customers
• BorePrime is not a party to any transaction between you and customers
• Prices shown on the marketplace are estimates for drilling only — you must communicate additional charges to customers directly
• We reserve the right to remove listings that contain misleading or fraudulent information

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the application
• Post false or misleading information on the marketplace
• Use the Service to spam or harass customers

8. Data ownership

• You own all business data you enter into BorePrime (borewell records, payment records, worker data, etc.)
• We do not claim ownership of your data
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service

9. Service availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, network outages, or force majeure events

10. Account termination

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account
• Account deletion permanently removes all your data
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Unused subscriptions are not refundable upon account deletion

11. Limitation of liability

BorePrime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of marketplace quotations or customer interactions

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
